The schedule is 5AM - 2PM. Tuesday-Saturday

Position Title Overview/Summary:

  • Responsible for communicating with Warehouse management on any issues
  • Insure daily and accurate counts of both raw and finished product.
  • Research any irregularities as they arise
  • Take inventory with hand held computer
  • Supports inventory management as well as daily inventory cycle counts
  • Ability to make fact based decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Enter inventory into the system
  • DSI Scanner Knowledge and handling
  • Keep bar codes on every item we have in the warehouse
  • Ability to drive a lift truck/DOT hours of services
  • Check product in warehouse every day to assure quality & report discrepancies
  • Responsible for following food safety and food quality programs.
  • Period end cycle counts
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
  • Assures efficient operations of all functions including racking and lift maintenance
  • Regularly communicates and prepares feedback to supervisor/manager in the department

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule
  • Must have an inventory background
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (33-38 degrees)
  • Must be able to count and add numbers
  • Must be able to do frequent bending & lift up to 100 lb. occasionally
  • Strong computer programs and knowledge
