I have over 5 years of experience with meat cutting and butchering. I owned my own slaughter/butcher business in Vermont, completing every step of the production process from slaughtering to packaging. I've worked with animals as small as chickens and rabbits, and as large as pigs and cows. I am very knowledgeable about butchery and am passionate about the work. I have played many roles in the food service industry and I consider butchery my area of expertise. I am eager to chat with you folks further about my skill set and what I can bring to your company.
