Looking for permanent employment as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or customer service representative. I have a degree in English/Mass Communications. I also have years of experience in administrative work as well as customer service.
Skills and Experience:
Basic Administrative skills: Handle inbound and outbound calls, Manage mail and emails (incoming and outgoing), order office supplies, schedule client appointments, data entry. Tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning and filing.
• Programs used: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Form, Google Spreadsheet, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Calendar.
Majored and received degree in English/Mass Communications.
Currently working temporary assignments under Contemporary Staffing Solutions. Positions consists of data entry, inbound and outbound calls.
