Topped out at Target Distribution Center in Colorado.  Started on a stock picker - rc - reach - tugger .. worked in most departments over the years employed such as Warehouse - inbound/outbound, damage cage, regular and bulk work in non con and con.. worked on almost all lines throwing cages, packing, pretty much helped out everywhere, ended up as the printer for the whole warehouse with 0 incidents.  If there was a problem with an employee they came to me.  Speed trained several employees.  I ended up leaving back to NJ because my father is elderly n needed some help.  I was about to apply for the warehouse lead roll before leaving because it was the only way to get one more pay raise before management.   Thank you for considering me I'm a very reliable strong employee that has focus and drive.  My numbers were between 100-150% average all the time - I know what it takes to be efficient and fast and would love the opportunity to be a lead here in Logan.   Thank you again hope to hear back soon.
