In my most recent role as police lieutenant I was tasked with managing the entire patrol division's scheduling, activity, training, grant funding distribution, compliance and professionalism. For the last 10 years of my law enforcement career I was tasked and trusted with handling the agency’s internal affairs investigations, assuring our agency remained professional, accountable and compliant with all New Jerseys policing standards.
In this role I also supervised a citywide crime camera system (CCTV), agency electronic access control and ID badging systems. I was also directly responsible for the health and safety of a staff consisting of both sworn and civilian employees. Each position that I have held in combination with my personal life experiences have made me an ideal well rounded candidate for your organization.
I'm currently looking to purse the next chapter in safety and security in a role similar to Operations Manager, Security Specialist, Corporate Security Manager, Director of Safety and Security or Access Control Manager.
