• Handles COBRA documentation and enrolls employees as necessary.
• Maintains employee personnel and benefit files and ensures firm is compliant with federal law requirements.
• Manages staff including Legal Assistants, Secretaries, Paralegals and Office Services.
• Coordinates coverage for attorneys that need assistance when staff members are out of the office.
• Oversees employee’s timecards and paid time off ensuring hours are met and overtime is billable.
