My name is Nelson Melendez. I am a very passionate volunteer firefighter of six years. I am looking for a career in the fire industry. I am a very hard worker and learn very quickly and as I said I am very passionate about the fire industry. I am a certified firefighter and EMT I am also a certified fire inspector, fire official and will be starting my initial fire investigation training on December 2nd. I would love nothing more than to become a career firefighter.
Education
I went to school to be a motorcycle technician. I worked about 10 years in that industry and decided to get out of it. i was a technician on motorcycles, jetskis, atvs and other types of power sport vehicles
Experience
Fire suppression, vehicle extrication, responding to ems calls, dive operations,
my responsibilities include fire suppression, Vehicle extrication, maintenance of all apparatus and equipment, Driver training and responding to other emergencies
